Because we feel that we offer the highest quality products at the best prices, there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, we will gladly replace them.
MNH Enterprises LLC RETURN and REFUND POLICY
ALL Orders: Please Contact us before Returning any Merchandise for Correct Mailing Address and Return Authorization Number. Some Items will need to be returned to different locations.
1. Any defective, incorrect or damaged item may be returned within 30 days of receipt via the U.S. Postal Service (preferably by Media Mail, if qualified). We will gladly ship a replacement and reimburse you for your return postage.
2. Any item you are not satisfied with (not as expected, arrived too late, wrong size, etc.), if returned within 30 days of receipt and received in salable condition, will be issued an exchange or refund of merchandise cost only.
3. Items involving personalized imprinting may not be returned for replacement or refund unless the imprint requested is incorrect or item is defective. If imprint matches correspondents on file, replacement may or may not be authorized, contact us for determination..
4. Computer software, videos, CDs, cassettes, DVDs or other media may only be returned for refunds if UNOPENED . If opened, they may be returned only for replacement with the same item.
5. Any return that does not comply with the above policy will be subject to a significant restocking fee, at our discretion. (Usually 20%)
6. All request for refund will be made in same manner as purchased. All refunds for merchandise paid for with check will be delayed for 14 days pending clearance by bank.
SHIP YOUR RETURN PREPAID we cannot accept COD. We will refund shipping cost as per package markings via Check in return mail unless refund is requested (Refund and Return Shipping will then be paid in same manner as originally purchased).
Please ship all returns via the U.S. Postal Service; use Media Mail, if qualified, unless otherwise requested. When returning items, please CONTACT US FIRST for Mailing Address and Return Authorization Number. When you make your Request Please include the following: Contact information Name, Address, Phone, E-Mail address Reason for return Type of REFUND or REPLACEMENT REQUESTED.
